Yang-En University is a private university in Quanzhou, Fujian, founded in 1987 with an endowment from the patriotic overseas Chinese Wu Qingxing. It was the first private university in China authorised to confer bachelor's degrees and the first in Fujian to pass the Ministry of Education's undergraduate teaching assessment. It offers programmes across economics, management, engineering, humanities and law. The university operates an online application platform for international students.
