Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences is a private undergraduate university in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It was founded in 1999, established as Sichuan Normal University College of Arts and Sciences in 2004, and transferred to an independent institution under its current name in 2014. In 2023 it passed the Ministry of Education's undergraduate teaching evaluation and was approved to build toward master's degree authorisation. The university offers a broad range of programmes across the liberal arts, education, media, economics and health, with particular strength in preschool education, media and foreign languages.
