Jiangxi Agricultural University in Nanchang is the leading agricultural university of Jiangxi Province, with a history dating to 1940. It is jointly built by the province, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the State Forestry Administration, and is strong in crop science, animal science, forestry and agricultural bioengineering.
