Southeast University Chengxian College is an independent college in Nanjing established in 1998 and run by Southeast University, one of China's leading '985' and '211' research universities. Its emblem carries the year 1902, marking the heritage it shares with the parent university, whose roots trace back to the Sanjiang Normal School. The college offers undergraduate programs with a strong emphasis on engineering disciplines such as civil engineering, computer science and electronic engineering, alongside economics, management and the arts. It is located in the Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing and enrolls tens of thousands of full-time undergraduate students.
