📖 About the university

Anqing Normal University, whose roots go back to 1897, is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in Anhui, set in the historic Yangtze city of Anqing. It trains teachers and professionals across the humanities, sciences, education, engineering, economics and the arts. It is noted for research into the Tongcheng literary school and the roots of Peking opera in the region. Its campus lies in a scenic river city in southwest Anhui.
