Large new transport hub (expanded building opened late 2024). Renamed from 'Songjiang South Railway Station' in 2024. Nine platforms, 23 tracks — Shanghai's third-largest station. Restaurants and shops inside the concourse.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

For Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), from Shanghai Songjiang Railway Station take Metro Line 9 and transfer to Line 10, which runs directly to Hongqiao Terminals 1 and 2, about 1 hour for roughly 6 yuan.
For Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), take Metro Line 9 to Zhongchun Road and transfer to the new Airport Link Line toward Pudong, about 1.5 hours in total for roughly 15 yuan; the Airport Link Line itself covers the Hongqiao-Pudong leg in about 40 minutes.
