There is no metro in Meishan. The station is east of the city and is linked to the centre by buses and taxis in about 15 minutes.

The high-speed station on the Chengdu–Leshan–Emeishan line, serving the home town of the poet Su Dongpo just south of Chengdu.

Meishan has no airport. The nearest is Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport about 60 km away; the easiest route is a high-speed train to Shuangliu Airport station, or a long taxi ride. There is no metro in the city.
