Gaoping has no metro. The older conventional Gaoping Station on the Taijiao line still operates but with very few trains now; use city buses or a taxi/Didi.

Traveller notes
Opened on 12 December 2020 with the Zhengzhou–Taiyuan (Taijiao) high-speed railway, it is one of the few county-level stations in China with direct trains to Beijing West. After its opening, service at the older Gaoping Station dropped to just two trains.
