Main high-speed hub, about 18 km north of downtown. Served by Metro Lines 1 and 2 (interchange) from the underground south square, plus buses and taxis. Metro takes roughly 30–40 minutes to the centre.

Traveller notes

Large modern HSR station, farther from downtown but well connected by metro. Take Line 1 or 2 into the centre. Best to eat in town, as halal options right by the station are limited.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

Your destination is Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport (DLC). Here there is an excellent fast and economical option: Metro Line 2 runs directly from Dalian North Station to the Airport station with no transfer, taking about 20 minutes for only around ¥4. A taxi is a slightly faster but pricier alternative. Metro Line 2 is the optimal choice.
