Buses 2, 20, 22 or 26 to the Dashizi (大十字) stop in the city centre, then a short walk into Mojia Street.
Xining has no metro. Mojia Street is a food lane off Dongdajie at Dashizi, within walking distance of the Dongguan Grand Mosque.
