📜 About & history
Najiahu Mosque was founded in 1524 during the Ming dynasty by descendants of the Nasruddin family, who had come to China with the Mongol armies and later adopted 'Na' as their surname. It is one of the oldest and largest mosques in Ningxia and has served as the spiritual center of the Na clan village for nearly five centuries. Built in traditional Chinese timber-and-brick courtyard style with upturned eaves, ornate carving, a prayer hall, a Bangke (call-to-prayer) tower, and flanking wing halls, it blends Chinese architecture with Islamic function. In 1985 it was listed as a key protected cultural relic of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

In Najiahu Village, Yongning County, about 29 km south of Yinchuan; reachable by intercity bus to Yongning plus taxi, or direct taxi.
From Yinchuan Hedong International Airport it is about 40-50 km; allow around 50-60 minutes by taxi.
