📜 About & history
The Middle Mosque (Qingzhen Zhongsi) stands on Miaohou Street at the north end of Xiaoxuexi Alley. It was established in 1919 and is built in traditional Chinese architectural style. As its name suggests, it lies among the cluster of Xiaoxuexi-area mosques between the older great mosques of the quarter. It serves as an ordinary congregational mosque for the local Hui community.
