The Chongshan Road Mosque, also called the West Inner Mosque, dates to the Kangxi–Yongzheng period of the Qing dynasty and stands in the old West Gate quarter of Guilin. Over the centuries it survived wars, insect damage and weathering, yet the building has been kept largely intact. It blends traditional Chinese timber architecture with Arabic decorative elements and is regarded as the best-preserved historic mosque in Guangxi. The mosque is listed as a municipal key cultural relic protection unit of Guilin.

In the West Gate / Chongshan Road area of central Guilin; reachable on foot from the Ronghu-Shanhu lakes scenic core.
From downtown Guilin hotels near the Lijiang River, head to the West Gate quarter on Chongshan Road; taxi drivers know it as the old Muslim mosque (西内清真寺).
A short walk west of the Zhengyang pedestrian street and the Two Lakes (Ronghu-Shanhu) area in central Guilin.
