📜 About & history

The Bozhou Chengli ('inside the city') Mosque was built in 1317 during the Yuan dynasty, its prayer hall originally comprising 81 rooms. The surviving structure dates from the late Qing; east-facing, in grey brick and tile with strong ethnic character, it is a municipal-level protected cultural relic.
