📜 About & history
The Anqing Nanguan Mosque was founded in 1469 when the retired military commander Ma Yi donated funds to build it as the 'Dunle Hall of the Ma Family'. Destroyed and rebuilt several times across the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was fully restored in 1983 and in 2013 was listed among China's National Key Cultural Relics.
