The largest shopping centre in Changshu, one of China's wealthiest county-level cities and a major garment manufacturing centre. It opened on 22 July 2017 in the northern part of the city; the mall has about 187,000 sqm of commercial space within a complex of roughly 660,000 sqm gross floor area on a 170,000 sqm site. It contains a Wanda Cinema, a supermarket, fast-fashion brands, restaurants and a children's entertainment zone, a short ride from Changshu's well-known garment market.
