A landmark mixed-use complex in Baoding, opened on 20 September 2013 at the north-east corner of Chaoyang Avenue and Dongfeng Road. Its 258-metre, 53-storey main tower was the tallest building in Hebei province, and the whole development covers about 370,000 square metres. The retail portion runs across three basement and six above-ground levels and includes a Walmart supermarket, electronics stores, a cinema and restaurants.
