Founded in 1987 as 'Zixing Municipal Hospital', renamed 'Zixing City First People's Hospital' in March 2009. It is the headquarters hospital (总院) of the Zixing Medical Consortium, combining clinical medicine, emergency care, rehabilitation, teaching/training and health management.
