🚇 Getting to the city centre
The airport is ~51 km southeast of central Chengdu. Metro Line 18 links both terminals to the city (Chengdu South Railway Station) in ~45–60 min for about ¥12. A taxi takes ~60–75 min and costs ~¥130–160. Airport buses and a high-speed rail station also serve the airport.

T1 handles most international flights, T2 mainly domestic. Prayer facilities, restaurants and modern amenities available. Chengdu's newer and larger hub, serving Middle East routes.
🔄 Getting from the airport to the train stations
Chengdu East Railway Station: The fastest option is the high-speed train direct from the airport in about 30 minutes for about 30 yuan, or Metro Line 18 to the south station then Line 7, totalling about 63 minutes for 11 yuan.
Chengdu South Railway Station: Metro Line 18 direct in about 46 minutes for 9 yuan.
Chengdu Railway Station (North Station): Metro Line 18 then transfer to Line 1; about 70 minutes for 10 yuan.
Chengdu West Railway Station: Metro Line 18 with a transfer; about 75 minutes for 10 yuan, or a taxi.
